An accomplished financial management professional with a proven track record of driving organizational success through strategic leadership and innovative solutions. With over [XX] years of experience in the field, Richard has demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive training curriculums to address the needs of large-scale financial management communities. Notably, he led the development of a curriculum solution for a multi-million-dollar Financial Management community training need, serving over 6,100 employees. His specialization lies in optimizing senior leader decision-making processes and enhancing cost efficiency in deploying workforce resources.
 
Richard's leadership extends to financial oversight on a grand scale. He has directed the Army’s Central Command budget, exceeding $3 billion, ensuring the seamless support of operations across 21 countries. Under his guidance, the workforce comprising over 100,000 personnel received full resourcing and training, while over 560,000 cash payments and $900 million in contracts were processed accurately and efficiently.
 
Recognized for his commitment to excellence, Richard is credited with transforming the Army Financial Management Training Program. Through his strategic vision, he transitioned the program from traditional unit-level training to a hands-on simulation and facilitation model. This shift resulted in a better-trained and more competent financial management workforce, equipped to tackle the challenges of today's dynamic financial landscape.
