The WildeWood V Board of Directors wants to make governing documents readily available and they are posted here for prospective buyers and current homeowners access and review. We welcome you to download them and check back annually after January 10th of each year for updates. Additionally, a seller must let the purchaser know a property within WildeWood V is part of a homeowners association. This is done through the “South Carolina Residential Property Disclosure Statement” produced by the SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.
