Our mission is to uphold community standards, preserve property values, maintain our beautiful surroundings, and ensure a safe, friendly environment for all residents. We are dedicated to transparent governance, proactive maintenance, and fostering a strong sense of community among our diverse membership.  

 

 

WildeWood V, a prestigious community northeast of downtown Columbia, is a small neighborhood with upscale homes. With access to a golf and country club, and all within an easy commute to the University of South Carolina, Main Street, and The Cultural District called the Vista, WildeWood V is the place to live and play.

 

The first home in WildeWood V was built in 1986, at a time when the area was in the middle of the booming Northeast Columbia region. The larger WildeWood subdivision was conceived by long-time developers Heath Manning and Donnie Boyd, who developed the now 1,600-acre subdivision in several individual sections. Known for its high-end custom homes, immaculate landscaping, excellent schools, and active neighborhood associations, WildeWood V is now home to more than 172 homes.
